I am a HR professional. I have been working in the HR field for the last 15 years and presently working in a Group of Companies as Head of Human Resources Department.
Presently, I felt the necessity to develop a website to discuss on Major Functions of Human Resources Management like Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Employee relations etc.
In the website I have written & will write HR related important contents to share knowledge among the HR and other associated Professionals. Finally, I want to obtain inner peace of mind through writing on different HR topics with enjoyment.
